Our mums and bubs somatic movement classes, integrated with Vedic breathwork, are designed for mothers and babies from birth until crawling. The sessions focus on supporting postural alignment, regulating autonomic nervous system function, and cultivating presence during the early postpartum period.
These practices use conscious breathing alongside mindful, TCM- and Vedic-informed movement to enhance body awareness and support neurophysiological balance for both mother and baby.
