The mind-body connection is especially important from birth through the crawling stage, as early somatic movements lay the foundation for a baby’s physical and neurological development. My sessions focus on supporting this growth by helping babies develop strength, coordination, and muscle strength through gentle, targeted movements, while also engaging postpartum mums.
Vedic breathwork is implemented for the mums to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and promote calm, mindful presence. Having the parent present not only fosters bonding but also helps regulate the nervous system for both baby and parent, creating a sense of safety, trust, and confidence in movement. These early experiences are crucial for bonding, setting up healthy motor patterns, emotional regulation, and overall well-being as the child grows.

What Is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic method that evaluates muscle function to detect imbalances in the body. By activating sensory receptors, we test muscles for retention or weakness; changes in muscle response help pinpoint the location of an imbalance. From there, we gently uncover the root cause of the issue. Using biofeedback, we realign and correct the muscles, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and achieve homeostasis.
What Is Psyche?
Psyche encompasses both the conscious and subconscious dimensions of the mind. By uncovering limiting beliefs and ingrained patterns, we utilise neuroplasticity-informed techniques to gently rewire neural pathways. This process supports mental realignment and fosters greater emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

TCM Somatic movement is gentle, mindful movement that focuses on how your body feels, not just what it does. In our sessions, it helps babies develop strength, coordination, and healthy movement patterns, while supporting mums in regaining core strength, flexibility, and emotional balance after birth. Intertwined with Vedic breathwork, it allows mums to release what no longer needs to be carried in a safe environment, promoting nervous system regulation, connection, and a sense of safety for both mums and bubs.
